Glaze-grilled eel from Miyazaki and Kagoshima prefectures (one body)(tax in)

We stock domestic and carefully selected "live eels" from Miyazaki and Kagoshima prefectures, which are thick and tender, and keep them alive in our well water until just before they are cooked. We do not serve sansho (Japanese pepper) because we want our customers to enjoy the original flavor of the eel itself. The outside is crispy and fragrant, and the inside is fluffy and soft. Please enjoy the eel that is cooked with the skillful technique and finished with the aged sauce.

Glaze-grilled eel: approx. 70g x 2 / sauce, 50ml x 2

This product is frozen. Please consume as soon as possible after opening the package.

Put the frozen product into a pot and warm it up from water. Turn off the heat immediately after it boils, and leave it for 10 minutes. For a better taste, warm the enclosed sauce as well. Please make sure that there are no holes in the bag before heating. Please be careful not to let the pack directly touch the hot pot.
